Woodys Tree Service

We offer the following services:
· Tree Pruning & Trimming
Woodys Tree Service understands that pruning is an art and a science. We are dedicated to providing prompt, reliable work, and base our pruning choices on elements of artistic expression and facts based on research. We keep in mind the latest developments, discoveries and recommendations from scientific research and arborist associations. In our pruning, we follow the design precept of form follows function. Trees naturally look their best when they are structurally secure and great, attractive looking trees are the results of good, proper function.
· Tree Removal
Sometimes trees need to be removed for various reasons including death, inevitable deterioration or outgrowth of the environment. When the planting site can no longer contain a tree, the roots may start to damage landscape elements such as walkways, walls, hardscape, and even plumbing and building foundations.
For all your tree removal needs, count on the experts at Woodys Tree Service. We plan tree removals very carefully. We examine the site to determine if there are any hazards and how much rigging equipment is needed. We are extremely experienced in the business and work hard to make sure that every removal causes as little disturbance to the rest of your property as possible.
· Annual or Semi-Annual Maintenance Program
We recommend a maintenance program for many clients. We prune different types of trees at the proper times of the year. We also perform preventative maintenance such as clearance on roofs, rain gutters, streets and sidewalks. This prevents personal injury and property damage from branches. We also examine and adjust tree stakes and cabling systems.
· Hauling
Our competitive hauling service has the staff and resources to handle everything from clearing land to garage clean outs. We are always committed to safety in the workplace and friendly service.
· Stump Grinding
With our time efficient stump grinding service, we can remove sizable stumps to a below grade depth of 8-10 inches. We can then replant in the same location since the depth is enough to sever the root ball. Stump grinding is a preferred procedure for large stumps since smaller trees can be dug out by hand.
· Cabling and Bracing
This procedure may be necessary for trees that have thin branch attachments or other structural issues. With cabling and bracing, special hardware is implemented to keep branches from breaking apart. To see if cabling and bracing is necessary, contact us for an evaluation of potential tree hazards.
· 24-Hour Emergency Service
We are available on short notice to handle any emergency such as fallen trees or broken branches.
